I brought an umbrella for sun protection since this week has been tooooo sunny and hot. The umbrella was convenient for carrying my sandals and a bit of stretching during the walk. For me, at age 70 years, trunk rotation and stretching exercises reduces and may prevent back pain. I also lift weight weights and swim to keep my bones and entire muscular system healthy. I still have chronic pain and poor balance but trying….
