My baby boomer peers and myself are at risk of falls- both indoors and out… I wear Yak tracks or cleats if the sidewalks or trails are the least bit slippery and use poles for balance. However, even when indoors, active older folks like me should make some simple home adaptations- such as I explain in the Instagram Post.
But first look at me stepping down from the staircase to the floor. It was too easy to stumble if not paying attention!
