I realize as I create this post that I seldom actually use beads during therapy because the clients do not have sufficient bilateral coordination to use them or they think they are candy and try to eat them…Below is one of my favorite adaptations. I cut ring shapes out of detergent bottles to string. They are easy to manipulate, too large to choke on and don’t roll away…
