- using force to squeeze, pull, push such as when playing tug-of-war, squeezing putty or pushing a heavy shopping cart
- weighted materials- such as heavy roller skates, carrying bottles of water, wearing a heavy vest
- deep pressure such as when crawling through a cloth tunnel or rubbing a sheep with force….
