Simple, repetitive Movement is often
calming- whether knitting or gluing bottle caps to create a rather unusual decor. I know how rewarding it is to recycle bottle caps! Collecting recyclable trash became an obsession as I was at my height of designing activities made of plastic bottles, newspapers, cardboard bottles and of course- bottle caps… I always preferred using screw caps and lids to create activities that working on those manipulation skills. But bottle caps from soda and beer bottles lend themselves to color sorting and patterning….
