My 3 year old hippotherapy client has pretty good manipulation skills. She is able to open and close the ring that I cut out of a large round bleach bottle. I cut 2 notches to insert the end tip. She connected several of these before tossing them over a ring stack. This is a great way to practice the fine motor control required to open and close belt buckles.
