The client shown above and below has hemiplegia. He is only able to use his right index finger to stabilize the materials by hooking them onto his index finger while manipulating with his left hand. The following photo shows him reaching to insert the loop into a container after unknotting it from the strand. His right hand remains resting on his lap while working.
