I have found stereograms helpful in forcing my weaker right eye to work with my stronger left eye in order to “see” the 3 D images. There are lots of fun books and websites available that provide these pictures.

Stereograms in books may be easier to use than those on a computer screen. However, start by holding the image close to your face and allow your eyes to unfocus. Then slowly move your face further away . Repeat a few times if you find this tricky- the end results will be worth the effort!
