These glittery, visual bottles are used in an adapted peg board activity:
Try tying a visual sensory bottle to the bottom of a stringing cord. This adds weight and visual stimulation to the fine-motor activity.

Try filling a bottle with 1/2 water and 1/2 mineral oil or Karo syrup. Add food coloring and/or glitter for a really fun visual experience. The one shown below was used as a calming activity. Breathing in to tilt the bottle to one side and breathing out to tilt the bottle to the other side.
